Twenty vacuum sealed and frozen bag of chicken hearts. Chicken hearts are loaded with protein (up to 26 grams!) and rich in several nutrients including zinc, iron and B vitamins. Our two favorite ways to prepare chicken hearts is teriyaki skewers on the grill and grinding them up with chicken liver, chicken gizzards and chicken breasts and making breaded chicken nuggets.
